"With Pour Un Homme de CARON Le Soir, I wanted to work with a 'nocturnal' lavender by combining it with an oak wood essence from recycled Cognac barrels. The oak reveals another face of lavender, more sensual, more confidential. Jean JACQUES, Maison CARON Perfumer.

Pour Un Homme de Caron Le soir, The new fragrance for men.

As night falls, mysteries of seduction and intensity take shape. Pour Un Homme by CARON Le Soir, an enchanting fragrance that magnifies the sensual facet of lavender. CARON's perfumer, Jean JACQUES, has orchestrated a game of overdosing with a duo of Provençal and Bulgarian lavender essences to reveal its full intensity.

Here is a description of the olfactory composition of Pour Un Homme de Caron Le Soir de Caron :

Top notes:

The top notes of this fragrance include a refreshing combination of lavender essence of France, lavender essence of Bulgaria and cypress essence of France. These initial notes create a clean, herbaceous entrance, evoking a sense of freshness and calm.

Heart notes:

At the heart of the composition, concrete iris and violet leaf absolute from Egypt dominate. Iris brings a subtle floral elegance, while violet leaf adds a green, slightly powdery nuance. These notes lend a delicate, sophisticated floral dimension to the fragrance.

Follow notes:

Base notes include oak wood extracted from France, ambroxan, Brazilian tonka bean absolute and vanilla. Oakwood brings a subtle woody dimension, while ambroxan adds a warm amber touch. Tonka bean and vanilla add a sweet, comforting sweetness to the composition. These notes create a warm, enveloping trail that lingers on the skin...

Pour Un Homme by Caron Le Soir, infinite sensorial elegance.

It's a woody-floral composition for men seeking a sophisticated, understated fragrance for evenings and special occasions. This nocturnal version of Caron's "Pour Un Homme" offers a delicate balance of freshness, floral elegance and woody warmth, creating an elegant and memorable olfactory experience...

The history of Maison Caron

Maison CARON is a renowned French perfume house, founded in 1904 by Ernest Daltroff. Its history is rich in creativity and innovation in the perfume industry.

Ernest Daltroff was a passionate and visionary perfumer. The story goes that the creation of Maison CARON was influenced by a romantic encounter with a woman named Félicie Wanpouille, who became his muse and source of inspiration. Félicie Wanpouille played an essential role in the success of the perfume house, working closely with Daltroff to create innovative fragrances.

CARON is famous for its luxurious fragrances and elegant bottles. One of its most iconic fragrances is "Narcisse Noir", launched in 1911, which has become a timeless classic of French perfumery. This fragrance was created in honor of Félicie Wanpouille, who was a great lover of narcissus.

Over the decades, CARON has continued to create innovative fragrances and expand its product range to include women's and men's perfumes, body care products and other scented accessories.

Maison CARON is also known for its commitment to the art of traditional perfumery. It has preserved and perpetuated artisanal manufacturing methods and perfume composition techniques dating back to its beginnings, enabling it to maintain the quality and authenticity of its creations.
