At Paris Perfumes, we want to offer you a simple and transparent purchase experience. If you wish to return an order made on our site, you will find below the applicable conditions and modalities.
1. Return time
In accordance with the regulations applicable to remote sales, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order To exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
After notifying your decision to retract you, you have 14 additional days to return the products concerned.
The right of withdrawal also applies to the products on the promotion or destocked.
2. Conditions of return of products
To be accepted, a returned product must be:
- new and unused;
- in its original packaging;
- accompanied, of its packaging and its accessories;
- sufficiently protected to avoid any deterioration during transport;
- accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
Perfumes and cosmetics
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, The perfumes, cosmetics and sealed beauty products that have been descended after delivery can not benefit from the right of withdrawal when the exception provided for in Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code is applicable.
We therefore recommend that you check your order and the product without removing its cellophane, blister or seal if you are considering a possible return.
This restriction does not call into question your legal rights in the event of a defective product, which is not compliant or delivered by mistake.
3. How to return a return?
Before any return, we invite you to contact our customer service to inform us of your request and receive the appropriate instructions.
Your request must specify:
- your name and first name;
- your order number;
- the product (s) concerned;
- The reason for the return, where necessary to process your request.

We recommend that you use a follow-up and keep the proof of deposit until the reception and processing of your return.
4. Return expenses
As part of the exercise of the legal retraction law, the direct return expenses remain the responsibility of the client, except when Paris Perfume expressly takes these charges at its expense or when the return is motivated by an error on our part, a non-compliant product or a defective product.
When the return results from a preparation error or a problem attributable to Paris Perfumes, we will indicate the procedure to be followed and will cover the applicable return fees.
5. Refund
After receiving your return, the products are controlled to check their condition.
When the return is consistent with the applicable conditions, Paris Perfume shall reimburse via the same payment method as that used during the order, unless otherwise agreed with the client.
In accordance with the regulations, the reimbursement intervenes as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the notification of the retraction decision. However, where the law allows, the refund can be deferred until the recovery of the products or until the receipt of proof of shipment of the products.
6. Damaged products, defective or preparation error
Upon receipt of your package, we recommend that you check the status of your order.
If you notice:
- a damaged product;
- a broken product;
- a defective product;
- a missing article;
- or an error in your order,
Contact our customer service as soon as possible at the address emmanuelroy@parisparfums.fr or parisparfumsthann@gmail.com , indicating your order number.
In order to facilitate the processing of your request, we will be able to ask you for photographs of the product, its packaging as well as the parcel received.
These applications for supporting documents aim to allow us to see the problem and, if necessary, to take the steps with our carrier.
7. Package not received or delivery problem
If your order is not received within the advertised time or if the tracking indicates an unusual situation, contact our customer service with your order number.
Paris Perfumes can take the necessary steps from Colissimo, our carrier, in order to search for and locate the parcel.
If the follow-up indicates that the parcel was delivered while you say that you do not have received it, we invite you to contact us quickly so that we can examine the situation and make, if necessary, a claim with the carrier.
8. International returns
For orders shipped outside France, specific rules may apply depending on the country of destination.
Any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are subject to the rules applicable in the country of destination and must be verified before the order.
In case of international return, additional transportation or processing fees may also apply depending on the destination and the carrier.

9. Exchanges
Paris Perfumes does not offer direct exchange for online orders.
If you want to change product, we invite you to return the initial product, when it is eligible, then to pass a new order.
10. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit the rights before you by virtue of the French and European legislation applicable to remote sales, particularly with regard to the right of withdrawal and legal guarantees.
