Shipping of your parcel
PARIS PARFUMS makes every effort to deliver its customers as quickly as possible. Any order placed before 1.30 p.m. will depart and will be shipped the same day through the delivery agent selected by PARIS PARFUMS.
They are shipped in packagessimo by the first French carrier: THE POST in general throughout France. Packages can also be shipped via:
- UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
- UPS Extra and handed over for signature.
Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as it may incur additional costs. Regardless of the mode of delivery chosen, we can send you a link to track your package online.
The dimensions of packaging packages are studied and appropriate, so your items are properly protected and packed.
Shipping costs include packing costs and shipping costs for any amount less than 59€. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order.
The products are delivered to the address indicated on the order form.
All products from our perfumeries in perfect condition.
You must notify the delivery person or the mailer or any other person, the smallest trace of impact (crash tracks, holes, etc.) on the package, and have it notified to the delivery person or any other representative.
If the delivery person refuses to notify you, do not accept delivery. The perfumed product will be returned to you immediately without charge. The exchange of any declared product, posteriori, damaged during transport, without any reservation being issued upon receipt of the package, can't be taken care of.

Paris Parfums makes you pay attention that the postcards that allow you to receive your parcels during your absence are regularly vandalized or opened without your knowledge and emptied of its contents. PARIS PARFUMS strongly advises you to:
- monitor the arrival of the delivery person and the deposit of your parcel in your mailbox in order to recover it as soon as possible
