Figuerie: a collection inspired by Versailles' Royal Garden

The Figuerie collection draws inspiration from the Figuerie Royale du Potager de Versailles, a place where Louis XIV cultivated hundreds of fig trees. Trudon revisits this horticultural and solar atmosphere by imagining a noble, vegetal and woody interpretation of fig.

The Spirit of Fragrance

Figuerie evokes a fig tree with the first lights of spring:

• Fresh leaves,
• Vegetable notes,
• Wooded and earthy chords,
• Humidity of the earth,
• Wood heated by the sun.

It was in this spirit that the nose Émilie Bouge imagined Figuerie's perfume. At morning dew, in the first fine days, the opening of the greenhouse causes a magical olfactory moment: that of a humid and vegetal air, between green and solar facets, and other more earthy and humid ones.

Here, the perfume is remembered. Trudon, the oldest wax house in the world founded in 1643, is a symbol of elegance and timeless refinement. First official supplier of the court of Versailles, the house now becomes a reference in the universe of high perfumery and exceptional candles.
