A direct descendant of Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain, founder of the Guerlain house bought by a luxury group in 1994, Patricia de Nicolai created her own perfume brand with her husband Jean-Louis Michau. Precisely in November 1989, Patricia Nicolai, one of the first women, nose-creator began the profession. A first shop opens in Paris, cradle of perfumes and fine perfumery.
